Based on user feedback, we are making some changes to simplify logins and enhance access to our customer support and ticketing processes through the Green Circle. We are always striving to make our community secure, easy to access, and meaningful for our end users. The openness of a community lends itself to feedback and we listened to you.


Over the next few weeks we will be rolling out a series of improvements including:

  1. A new and improved support portal for Turbonomic Customers. Customers will now have the ability to seamlessly open and interact with our ticketing system, directly through the Green Circle Community. No longer will you have to jump between platforms. All your ticketing needs will be in one place!
  2. Simple password and profile management. No more single-sign on confusion. You can manage your login in self-service fashion directly from the community. Bonus points: You can now reset your own password easily
  3. Frictionless access in the community. We are reducing the frequency of log-ins required for those using Single Sign On and will keep your information and session secure for as long as 21 days.


Users who have used our Single Sign On platform will be sent an email asking to reset your Green Circle Community login password. This is a requirement to keep your information safe and access secure. Once your password is reset, you will be able to login directly.
