The Green Circle and You! Community Blogging Program

Blog Post created by discoposse Expert on Jun 5, 2015

One of the most important things that I've found in my IT career is the understanding the value of community.  My personal journey in IT was greatly enhanced by access to a large community of people, and the ability to create content that was able to enhance my ability in my role at work, and outside of work.

I've mentored a number of individuals on presentation and content creation, so this is where I want to open up the opportunity here at the Green Circle to do the same thing for you!

We are always looking for great content, and great people like you.  The Green Circle blogs (just like this one) are freely available to all, and give a great venue for you to flex your creative muscles

I'd like to offer assistance for anyone who would like to create content here, plus we are also looking for technical blog contributors to the About:Virtualization blog which is a widely read independent blog that gives you the chance to have access to a new and growing audience for your content.

Blogs can be on any topic including virtualization technology, hardware, automation, software, systems administration, or even general thought leadership.  You get to drive your content, and we give you the audience and the venue to help build your skills as a writer and technologist.  This is a great opportunity to be able to share what's important and fun to you.  We have a great group of people who will be very excited to read your content and interact right here in the Green Circle community.

You can already do this today as easily as using the pencil icon up above and selecting Create | Blog Post:

To get more detail about being a Green Circle or About:Virtualization contributor, email me at eric.wright@vmturbo.com, write a comment below, or connect here through the community and send me a direct message.  We look forward to working with you to build out some great new content together!
