Perform OFFLINE update on RedHat VMT Instance

Step 1. Offline update download and unzipping (you can get the latest offline file from here)

 

Run the following in this order:

FIRST:
cd /root; curl -O http://download.vmturbo.com/appliance/download/updates/update64_redhat-XXXXX.zip

 

 

SECOND:

cd /tmp; unzip /root/update64_redhat-XXXXX.zip

 

THIRD:

cp /tmp/vmturbo_temp.repo /etc/yum.repos.d/

 

Step 2: Run this:

 

yum clean all; /usr/bin/yum update vmt-bundle vmt-config vmt-persistence vmt-platform vmt-presentation vmt-reports birt-runtime vmt-ui
