Attached to this post is the process by which a user would setup the VMAX SMI-S provider to communicate with Turbonomic to be able to add VMAX as a storage target within Turbonomic's storage discovery and control capabilities (added in release 5.4).

Notes:

1.) This setup requires Turbonomic's Storage Control Module or Workload Edition for the VMAX target to appear in the Target Configuration.

2.) For the VMAX probe to appear, the appliance must be running on Suse 13.2 or later. If you are having issues finding         the target, or need assistance upgrading to 13.2, please contact support@turbonomic.com.
