Been using DigitalOcean for real world testing, probably migrate to all in-house in the near future.
Amazon Web Services
All of the them
Plus DigitalOcean, and BareMetalCloud.com as well. The bare metal vendor is outside the normal list for traditional cloud, but they are a very interesting way to add to the data center without ordering servers locally.
Amazon makes it so easy with just a Credit Card and access to whatever you want on a pay as you go basis.
Amazon it´s easy to use
vCloud all the way.
Veeam for DRaaS!!!
Private cloud provide more security and cost effective for enterprise. May we can consider development for hybrid cloud at present.
I think AWS offers a wide variety of services although the interface is sometimes a bit hard to navigate.
Looking at working with Azure, and vCloud Air.
CloudSafe - they are providing our DRaaS (Disaster Recovery as a Service) solution.
Microsoft Azure, vCloud Air, and other Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure...
Amazon Web Services
if you don't know who we are, your missing out.
Private cloud is by far the cheapest. I have yet to find an application or solution where the cloud is the cheaper option. By the time it is "affordable" the circle of distributed/centric processing will have spun again...
AWS definitely has an advantage for being an early starter.....
I imagine the days of our university using non-private is a long way away.
Private cloud but shared services with other institutions.
All good tools.
Our company relies heavily on our data and systems. And our people are always wanting things faster and faster. We have a 20Mb/s fiber link to the Internet, but I see that as being too slow to make the cloud viable for us. Does everyone who is so psyched about the cloud have massively fast Internet connections, or am I missing something?
In my industry it has to be private. Surely it is always better to create your own cloud! Muahahaha
AWS... a looooooooooot of products
We utilize vCloud as well.
Private keeps the regulators happy
None at the current time
Really it's VMware Air
Azure over AWS
Azure and AWS depending on workload
why stick to one....
IMHO Amazon Web Services (AWS) is by far the most versatile and easiest to setup and utilize.
Microsoft Azure all the way
We prefer private but vCloud Air and Veeam would both be our choice.
Ethos Info, https://www.ethosinfo.com, Virginia-based SMB cloud provider out of Richmond
None at the moment.
Linode, and Digital Ocean for less critical applications.
AWS. The module format allowed me to implement our migration in several stages. In doing so I saved the company in excess of $100k in the first year of hosting (moving from CaaS to IaaS).
The feature set is absolutely massive now, which can be both a negative and a positive, as there is potential to drown any new user with information. So planning is definitely essential before jumping in.
mix of MS Azure & private infrastructure
AWS & Private Cloud
Azure and AWS
Currently AWS, but becoming closer to changing
