VMTurbo and Veeam Replication

I use Veeam Backup & Replication software for my virtual backups and cross-site replication. When a replica is created it shares a UUID with the originating VM. These replicas are kept in an off 'standby' position until the original is no longer available. They also share a naming convention, VMNAME for the original and VMNAME_replica for the replicas. In VMTurbo, these replicas are seen as conflicts due to sharing UUIDs with their originating VMs.

My question is, how do I ignore these errors so they are acknowledged and don't show up on the dashboard anymore? I am getting too many false positives for the alarm bar on the bottom right of the screen to be of use. Is there a way to tell VMTurbo to ignore all VMs with *_replica in the name for this particular problem? I don't want to ignore them completely in the case that I need to spin some up, but I would really like to ignore this particular UUID conflict issue on these particular VMs.
