What's the reason for this? Is there an option to send without compression? Right now it's just extra steps to save, unzip, etc.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience with this report issue. This was a bug with an earlier version of our product that has since been fixed. You should update your instance either from the Admin -> Maintenance -> Software Updates section in the UI, assuming your VM has internet access. If not, you could follow the below KB article for access to and instructions for applying an offline update.
