vCenter in Linked mode, but can't see the other vCenter in the dashboard of VMTurbo Operation Manager
VMTurbo communicates with the vsphere API endpoints and even linked mode vcenters have separate/independent API endpoints. The linked mode fucntionality only enables you to log into the vcenters at the same time/same credentials from the vsphere client.
In the case of VMTurbo, you will need to add both vcenters as targets and VMTurbo will control the workload in the combination of the two environments.
I have added both the vCenter address during configuration of VMturbo. But it is showing only one vCenter info, where VMturbo appliance is installed.
So do I need to install the VMturbo appliance on other vCenter also?? Which will ultimately have another console.
No, you do not need to install vmturbo in different place. VMTurbo access to vsphere apis remotely (of multiple virtual centers at the same time), regardless of where it runs. As long as you have added both of the vcenter targets and hit the 'rediscover' button you should see the information from both vcenters.
Its good that only 1 instance of VMturbo is suffice. As I said that I added the other vCenter server address also while configuring the VMturbo for the first time. But I am not able to see it in my dashboard. From where I can see the other vCenter info or how I can add the other vCenter in the current dashboard?
I asked our sales team to reach out to you, it is probably easier to answer your question through a brief meeting instead of through forums.
