Hello I'm new to VMTurbo and tasked with getting productive reports from VMTurbo. What are some of the more important reports I should concentrate on?
I would first check out our Custom Reports section on the Green Circle for a good overview on how to get started: Custom Reports
Hope that helps!
Welcome to the Green Circle, and we are happy to have you using VMTurbo Operations Manager!
Like Zoe mentioned, you can create Custom Reports by accessing the VMT database via queries....
There is a lot of information in VMTurbo, really any and all of it can be generated into a report. But I think in being new to VMTurbo, it's important to understand the approach that the software takes on health and performance in the data center.
I'd highly recommend checking out one of our Free Trainings - we have them the 1st Monday of Every Month!!!: http://vmturbo.com/user-administrator-training/

As far as reports, you can click the PDF button in any screen to generate a report, or you can create your own custom dashboards: Building Custom Dashboards
Our Customer Experience Team would love to connect with you to get an idea of the type of information that would be important to your organization. We will reach out to schedule a personalized tech session!
Two things to remember about custom dashboards:
But I strongly agree with Michael's point -- you should make sure to understand how Operations Manager analysis drives your environment to a state where you get performance AND efficiency. And don't forget that the analysis gives you actions to get to that state (or will Ops Man perform them automatically). The ideal use for reports would be to demonstrate these good results.
Thanks for the information. I tried to look at the video below and it read I don’t have access to it.
