Is it possible to schedule a report to email twice daily as opposed to once daily?
Unfortunately, today there is no way to deliver what you want. The reason being we do not say when the daily report can be run. It is hardcoded to run late at night every day, kicking off at like 1am for example. Technically, we could schedule the same one to be run multiple times a day, but it would still be identical. There is no way around this today.

Ok thanks, I set up an entity trend report that is set to a daily email. It is emailed at 1am every day. Is the data on that graph an average of the previous day? From the chart it looks like it is from a set time period of 9am to 11am.
As it is a critical application and owned by a group outside IT (non technical) we want the report to show them the trend for the whole day, hence the question for multiple emails a day.
As this is a custom report it might be best to schedule a call to review with you. From the looks of it you are seeing peak and average utilization during this time frame from the previous day for this specific application you are reporting on.
