One of my favourite things to ask folks in the community about, is what their top reads are.  We all learn in different ways, and elevating IT by elevating ourselves starts with using good learning resources.

There are lots of spectacular reads that are oriented towards technology, but also that just talk about how we can help with People and Process challenges too.

Remember, it's People, Process, Technology and in that order for a reason

Between my own top reads and the tips I've gotten from guests of the GC On-Demand podcast, here is a continually growing list of great reads.  Feel free to add your own suggestions in the comment section too!
