One of my favourite things to ask folks in the community about, is what their top reads are. We all learn in different ways, and elevating IT by elevating ourselves starts with using good learning resources.
There are lots of spectacular reads that are oriented towards technology, but also that just talk about how we can help with People and Process challenges too.
