I am trying to generate VM Rightsizing Recommendation report in our three Turbo consoles and I can't get the report (no report generated). Is there anyone have the same issue and how can you fix it?
VMTurbo version is:

one of our system admin has no problem to generate the report in old version of Turbo console.
I took a look at this internally and am seeing similar behavior.

Hi Bobby, I am having the issue of reports not getting generated. Is there any fix available now?
My system admin restarted Turbonomic service and fixed the issue. One of consoles he has to restart OS.

Thanks Ingrid. I involved Turbonomic support team and got that sorted out.
We have the same problem, restarting the server only temporarily corrected the issue and the behavior returns.

The issue seems to be resolved at the moment. I raised a ticket and used support team help to resolve the issue. No need for new ticket
