Does it suck badly for everyone else?We are having tons of issues with our LSI product which is now the E series from NetApp getting their people to even acknowledge it's a NetApp product. Continual battles with heavy accents from Banglor that "Sir, that is not a valid serial number for our products."Once you finally get a NA based escalation they can understand the situation and sort it out and have validated some serial numbers for us but god help us if it was a system-down event and having to deal with this.I can honestly state that if this is how bad NetApp support has become, and I have a few good friends who run FAS systems and moan about the quality of support, I would be really concerned about relying on any of their products.Comments?
