Hello Rakesh,
The easiest method to update / patch on Turbo appliance for CentOS is to run the following command : yum update
( Provided you have a internet connection on the instance made available for automated installation of updates)
After the yum update which takes around 5-10 minutes, please follow the instructions provided here : Steps to do after yum update / patching of tomcat for Operations Manager
The above steps are needed to be done after CentOS patching as the original tomcat server is changed which breaks the tomcat service and needs to be fixed for the operations manager to be working as before.
